General conditions

Asitrade imports products made from natural materials. This means that, depending on the type of product, there may be differences in color, finishes and measurements. If you have certain requirements for the product, you can let us know your preferences during the ordering process.

Guarantee

All Asitrade articles are covered by the current legal guarantee. This means that an item must be in good condition considering its age, origin and finish and reasonably meet your expectations. If you receive an item that does not meet these conditions, we will be happy to help you find a suitable and fast solution.

Incidences

We select, pack and transport our products with the greatest care by specialized transport agencies. If, despite this, there is an incident with a product or with your order, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the items and attach photos of the packaging and damages to: asitrade@asitrade.es. We will contact you as soon as possible to find the best solution.

Are my products available immediately?

This depends on the product. Our website updates the stock of our products at the moment. References marked with the ESSENTIAL label are usually in stock and if not, they can be ordered again in the desired units. We also have a large number of unique products. This means that we only have one and they cannot be reordered once they are out of stock.

As soon as you have placed your order, our sales department will contact you and inform you if the desired delivery date is feasible for all the ordered items.

How can I view and buy Asitrade products?

On our website you have all our products with the stock updated at the moment. To place orders, you must first be registered as a customer. If that is not the case, fill in the form.

In our warehouses in Madrid we have an area of ​​5.000 m2 where our products are displayed in an original and orderly way for your comfort. Here you will find more than 3.000 articles, many of which are one of a kind. Our wide offer is continually renewed with the addition of carefully selected new products and includes both antique furniture and newly manufactured furniture from different sources.

When will I recive my order?

At Asitrade we do not have minimum orders and as soon as you have placed your order, our sales department will verify if your products are in stock and will contact you to coordinate the delivery date. In case of not having all the products in stock, your order may be delivered in partial parts after consulting with you.

Asitrade delivers its products all over the world and works in collaboration with transport companies for furniture and specialized decoration articles. Thanks to our long experience with the transport sector, we have selected the best partners with the best conditions to guarantee the delivery of your order with the utmost care and in the shortest time.

Our shipping rate for order volume is very competitive and the shipping costs are included in the invoice. Our clients also have the option of sending us their own transport agency or picking up their order themselves from our warehouses.
